General Service is where many technicians start. You will learn the fundamentals from experienced technicians in a real shop while getting paid. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn, there is a clear path to becoming an Automotive Technician and increasing your earning potential.

No experience required. We care about attitude, reliability, and mechanical curiosity. If you have worked in a tire shop, quick-lube facility, warehouse, or simply enjoy taking things apart and learning how they work, apply.

Who thrives here

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a shop environment
• Dependable and on time for every shift
• Takes direction well and asks questions when needed
• Shop, quick-lube, or tire experience is a plus, but not required
• State Inspector License is a plus
